Essential Oil Properties:

Sweet Orange - the pleasant scent of sweet orange essential oil has a cheerful, uplifting, yet simultaneously calming effect. This delicious citrus oil stimulates the body's serotonin receptors, promoting a sense of calm and tranquillity.

Lemon Myrtle - the cheerful, citrusy aroma of this magnificent Australian oil brings an instant sense of joy and inspiration. Its emotionally uplifting scent is beneficial for reducing stress and tension in the mind and body.

Frankincense - this oil has a calming effect on the mind and body and has been used to alleviate anxiety and stress related conditions. It also has the ability to deepen, or slow down the breath, cleanse the spirit and clear negative energies.

Lavender - has soothing and sedative properties and is great for when you find yourself feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed. Having a harmonising effect on the nervous system, lavender can work to ease stress, nervous tension and insomnia. Lavender can have a sedative or stimulating effect, dependent on the needs of the individual. 

Petitgrain - this woody scented oil has tremendous relaxation and calming properties. Petitgrain has the ability to clear a cluttered mind, aiding in meditation and focus. It relieves tension and invokes a positive energy.
