Once your bundle of joy is earth side, this blend is beneficial to add to the new mum’s self-care ritual to assist with grounding your energy, rebalancing your hormones and reconnecting to self. Infused with moonstone, peach moonstone and rose quartz.

Essential Oil Properties:

Lavender – Lavender has soothing and sedative properties and is great for when you find yourself feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed. Its calming scent will work to cleanse you from the inside out and promote feelings of self-worth.

Mandarin - This uplifting oil is commonly used to ease feelings associated with stress. It is also known to be a fantastic essential oil for combating nausea and insomnia.

Clary Sage – Clary sage is the oil to connect to the feminine and can be beneficial during all phases of the feminine cycle. It is strengthening, relaxing, calming and emotionally balancing.
