Lavender Essential Oil

Often referred to as the 'mother' of essential oils, lavender enjoys the status of being one of the most versatile oils in aromatherapy and is a must-have oil for every home.

Lavender has soothing and sedative properties and is great for when you find yourself feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed. 

Having a harmonising effect on the nervous system, lavender can work to ease stress, nervous tension and insomnia. Lavender can have a sedative or stimulating effect, dependent on the needs of the individual. 

Lavender is also associated with healing of the skin, being beneficial for burns and inflammatory conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Simply add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Do not put directly onto skin without dilution.
